Document Signer is an organizational certificate and can be issued in the name of the organization only; the applicant’s name will not appear. Whereas in a normal digital signature, it contains the individual name and/or organization name in the DSC.
Class 2 Document Signer comes in a soft copy format (.pfx file), whereas a digital signature usually comes in a USB Token (hardware device).
Important:
As per new CCA Guidelines, the Certifying Authority will send the certificate invoice to the direct applicant email ID.
-
In case of Individual User DSC, GST invoice will not be issued.
-
Only in case of GST-based Organization DSC, the customer will receive a GST invoice.
-
For the remaining amount, GST invoice will be issued for USB Token and other services.
